  • Created a dashboard that monitored the status of various pipelines. Made a historical report of the daily status, KPI metrics, execution time, and some other cool data.
  • Implemented a feature on an existing dashboard that calculated the age of over a thousand notifications. Lots of logic behind the calculation.
  • Automated a task by creating a dashboard full of QuickBase reports. Created custom reports on QuickBase and connected the Power BI dashboard to it.
  • Automated SAP reports. Multiple SAP reports are run every day using .bat scripts. Python code navigates the SAP terminal to handle extraction, transformation, and loading. Scripts are tested and run on virtual machines for the main part.

  • Helped debug older scripts and automation programs, gradually improving documentation.

Forklift + Tug Driver

June 2022 - August 2023

  • Started out as a forklift driver, experience from lowes helped me get this job. This job was out at Spirit, a large airplane factory.
  • The main objective was to get rid of the worker's hazordous waste + trash. They threw them in large containers that we picked up with the forklift, and emptied for them.
  • I did that for a couple months, and then got gas duties. Where I got to deliver gas to worker's that needed a replacement. I enjoyed this portion of the job because I got to explore the factory quite a bit!
  • Later on I got moved into the Tug machine. There I was to deliver large trailers of wood (30ft or something!) and metals/waste to the appropriate location.
  • When I had free time because of my duties being done for now, I got to repair hazordous waste boxes. I enjoyed a little hands on work repairing them and making them workable again.
  • I was trained with a respirator also and got to participate in a few hazardous waste spills. Nothing major ever, oil spiil from a truck, battery acid from some batteries, and water leaks from a burst pipe.
  • This job was great, I really miss working there in a way. I enjoyed the fresh air and the nice weather while getting to drive around all day.
  • The only bad parts, were how bumpy the roads are, and how hot it got in the summer haha.

Outside Lawn & Garden - Forklift

April 2019 - September 2022

  • I stayed here a little longer than I thought haha, I enjoyed this job alot!
  • I started off by just helping customers load bags, and help unload plants on to the displays.
  • Then when I got more experience here, I was able to help customers find items, frontface displays to make them look nice, and get my forklift license.
  • Lots of time spent on the forklift. I helped reload the mulch + soil wall during the days, where customers went through it quickly. At nights, I refilled all the pallets that were low/empty.
  • Eventually I was able to unload delivery trucks, and help customers load entire pallets into their truck or trailer. A little sketchy but I had confidence in my skills by that time.
  • My favorite time of the year working there was during the winter. Not only was it just nice working outside, when christmas came we got to cut the trees and give them to customers.
  • During covid times, it was insanely packed outside! That was the busiest Lowes has ever been, and looking back at it, it was pure chaos. I do not miss that portion at all haha.

Line Cook

October 2017 - April 2019

  • My very first job! I didn't want to interact with customers so I chose the kitchen for my position.
  • My duties include: Cooking meat, frying meat, making sandwhiches, fulfilling orders, cleaning dishes.
  • The job was pretty chill, what you would expect out of a McDonalds. My coworkers were real fun to work with, they made time go by quick.
  • It was nice as there was always something to do at least, even when no customers were ordering later at the night. Always something to clean or improve.
  • Free cookies, apple pies, french fries, and nuggets were a plus!
  • Coming back to this, every job I have had has been a stepping stone farther into my career! I am proud of my journey so far, and what a place to start.
